We will discussing and taking action on issues of current concern, followed by a coffee break and then have our usual time of prayer in solidarity with those persecuted for their faith.
As we journey into the coming months and years as the Church in Truro, and as we emerge from what has been a challenging time for our community and our churches, we believe it would be a good to spend the month of September praying and fasting together for Truro and the surrounding area.
The service is a collaboration between the Cathedral, the Suicide Liaison Service, and members of the County’s Multi-Agency Suicide Prevention Group. Everyone is welcome, of all faiths or none.

Our community fridge is a refrigerator in a public space, enabling healthy food to be shared within the community. The food items are sourced from local supermarkets, cafes and and local food growers.

On the second day of the G7 summit the focus of Extinction Rebellion protests will switch to Falmouth, where the group plans to hold another creative, non-violent march through the town. There will be creative art installations, speeches and theatrical performances, interspersed with singing and choir performances.
