This year, the Churches Together tent at the Royal Cornwall Show will be branded ‘Sanctuary’ and will include a Book of Remembrance in which people may names or thoughts relating to the pandemic years. It is hoped to arrange for this Book to be dipslayed in various churches around Cornwall during the coming year. There will also be a display from Churches Together in Cornwall focussing on what the church has done during the pandemic and asking what should be our priorities in future.
All welcome to join the Eve of Show service on Wed 8 Jun at 6.30pm; the preacher will be the Bishop of Truro, the Rt Revd Philip Mounstephen.
The Show itself is open Thurs 9 Jun-Sat 11 Jun, 8.30am-6.30pm.
