Theme: Growing Faith
What are the keys to children, young people and families growing in faith? It’s one of the many questions those of us who serve in these contexts are regularly grappling with. The Faith in the Nexus research (2020) found that when church, household and school are connected and working together, children, young people and families stand the best chance of encountering God and growing in faith.
Cheryl Govier is currently a part-time adviser for the Diocese of Bath and Wells and the part-time Partnerships Lead for the Church of England’s, Growing Faith Foundation, overseeing Learning Hubs across the country. In her spare time she is a keen hockey player and runner!
Growing Faith is a movement within the Church of England, that seeks to instinctively place children, young people and families at the heart of our ministry and mission.
