Tuesday 5 November, 1230 to 1430, Discovery Cafe, Methodist Central Hall, Plymouth, PL1 1BA
Did you know that 40% of UK Adults are single? According to the last census in Plymouth, single people make up nearly 60% of the city and nearly 44% of adults live in a single person household, including 11% single parents. Great news! The national Christian charity, Single Friendly Church Network, which encourages all churches of different denominations and theologies to welcome and value single people, is coming to Plymouth. A chance to drop in and meet Liz, Church Engagement Officer, and ask her any questions about our work, free resources and how to become more single friendly in your church. Drop by for 10 mins or as long as you like, and at any time during the 2 hours. Email Liz Dunbar if you would like to invite her to run a similar drop-in session elsewhere in Devon or advise your church about how to be as single-friendly as possible.
