Creative Media Manager

Responsible to:
Line Manager
Key objectives:
The Creative Media Manager will be aware of the culture and values of the church
and has a heart to communicate Bridge Churches vision, ministries and events
through innovative, creative, consistent and engaging digital content across a
multitude of platforms. The Creative Media Manager will be responsible for all
aspects of our digital content and design from strategy to generating ideas to
implementation. You will be a creative, dynamic, proactive self-starter with a talent
for creating digital content.

Key areas of responsibility:
● You will be proactive in generating ideas to film/record and then edit to publish
for our various areas of ministries and events.
● Capture the power of testimonies through graphics and video content.
● Deliver quality graphics that engage people into our sermon series that will be
used across our social media channels
● Proactively work with Ministry teams to stay informed on all internal
developments and activities in order to ensure communications are accurate and
timely
● Develop graphic design concepts and content in response to the vision cast by
leadership, to be used across various media channels (both digital and print)
● Make sure the website is up to date with engaging and accurate content.
● Understand and stay up to date with current trends in social media, design and
videography.

Person Specification:
● Ability to respect, and work within the Christian ethos of the organisation
● Proven creative and artistic ability and a great communicator across digital
platforms.
● Experience in video editing and processing for use in multiple media streams.
● Experience working with programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom,
Premiere Pro, InDesign and other motion graphic software.
● Time management skills and the ability to deliver on a schedule.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Experienced in creating engaging social media and digital content across
Instagram, FaceBook, YouTube and new platforms that are relevant.
● Experience with Squarespace website builder

Working requirements:
● Part-time role (6 hours per week), Fixed term contract (6 months)
● Attend weekly staff meeting
● 25 days annual leave (pro rata)
+ Statutory bank holidays
+ Additional days at Christmas
+ Attend Bridge Church
● Evening and weekend flexibility as required
Salary Range:
£12 per hour
