Transforming Mission is a model for the renewal of Anglican Church life across the Diocese of Truro. It seeks to develop a version of resourcing churches that learns and borrows from current practice in other dioceses but is tailored to fit the Cornish context. New Street Church is Transforming Mission’s first new worshipping community that launched in Falmouth in January 2019.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with a heart for pioneer ministry amongst children and families, a passion for growing Christ’s Church and the ability to share our vision and draw people to it.
We now need a creative and organised Christian with a desire and ability to grow the children and families’ ministry within the church community. Working in collaboration with the Children and Families’ Outreach Leader you will have a passion to see children and families encounter God and grow in their faith work, as well as a personal commitment to the mission, vision and worship philosophy of Transforming Mission and, in particular, to growing a vibrant resourcing Church in Falmouth.
