If you’ve got a brilliant project or initiative that’s helping local communities respond to current challenges, we need to be working together!

Through the Cinnamon Incubator Competition, we want to find the next generation of brilliant social action projects and help them grow and replicate through churches for the benefit of communities across our nation. On offer are a £25,000 development grant and five places on our two-year, Cinnamon Incubator teaching and coaching programme.

If you are a leader or the founder of a start-up social action project that is: responding to current needs in their communities; supported by local churches; and ambitious to replicate through churches across the country. You need to join us!

Come to the webinar to:

  • Learn what the Incubator Programme is all about
  • Find out how to apply and impress the judges
  • See how the programme can take your project to new heights!
  • Quiz Mark Kitson, Cinnamon’s Associate Director, who leads the Cinnamon Incubator Programme
  • Hear from Gemma Gillard, founder of Truth Be Told, and previous winner of the Cinnamon Incubator Competition

What is the Cinnamon Incubator Programme?

The Incubator Programme has been supporting small social action projects for the past 10 years. The course is structured specifically to help small, start-up organisations to replicate.

You will benefit from:

  • Teaching from industry professionals in finance, HR, governance, leadership, marketing and promotion
  • Residential training events and invitations to Cinnamon’s Project Retreats
  • One-to-one coaching to develop your strategy
  • Peer support from fellow participants
  • Networking opportunities with funders and potential partners
  • Ongoing support and training opportunities from Cinnamon Network

10 years of success

In the past 10 years, Cinnamon has helped more than 40 organisations through the Incubator Competition. Many, including Renew Wellbeing and Make Lunch, have gone from small organisations to operating across the country. The value of support provided by the Incubator Programme is estimated to be in excess of £20,000. Since entry is on an invitational basis only, this is a prize money can’t buy.
