What does it mean to be a ‘church of sanctuary’? This conference will explore the theology of sanctuary by looking at the biblical, historical, and ecclesiastical foundations of the practice of hospitality and provision of refuge. It will be of interest to church leaders, community groups, activists, and anyone else interested in exploring the theory and practice of sanctuary in the United Kingdom and Ireland in a Church context.
