Looking for inspiration and encouragement in evangelism? Come to our TDEF Autumn Meeting

At our Diocesan Evangelical Fellowship (DEF) launch in St Austell back in February we spoke about plans for our next meeting larger meeting. We are excited to announce that this is now confirmed for Saturday 30th September with a panel of speakers chosen to inspire us. We encourage Christians from across churches in the Diocese of Truro to join us, this meeting is not just for those in ordained roles. You can sign up to attend by clicking here.

Our panel will include the Rev’d Rob Fowler and Natalie Gavan:

Some of you may have heard Rob speak at Creation Fest last summer. After a career in sales and IT, Rob trained for ordination and followed Jesus’ call to Plymouth where he’s been involved in planting new churches. He has made headlines for his refreshing and provocative approach to evangelism as he has been ministering in areas of deprivation and seeking to reach those on the margins.

Natalie is a passionate evangelist who has a heart to encourage others to adopt a simple, bold and prayerful approach. Natalie is the Centre Manager for the Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Debt Centre in Truro and also helps to lead a midweek morning cafe style congregation called Lanterns. Many of the members of this congregation have come through the CAP centre. Natalie has recently been using The Word One to One resource with seekers and new believers and is excited about inspiring others to use this resource as well.

Please sign up below to let us know that you are coming, and please do pass on this invitation to others who might be keen to join us.
