Whilst cities are often the principal focus of everything from popular culture to the daily news cycle, Pastors and churches all over the UK can be found supporting the needs of rural towns and villages, and most importantly to further the gospel in the rural areas of Britain. Tim Wilson—pastor of Wheelock Heath Baptist Church in Cheshire—is a part of the The Rural Project, which seeks to support those churches, many of which are made up of an older demographic and are excellent examples of age-inclusive churches. Whether you’re in an urban context, or a rural one, we hope you’ll come to hear from Tim who’ll be speaking to us about what the Bible says about older generations, what they have to offer, and how we can love and serve older people. We will also have time to ask any questions you may have.
