Discover the importance of interdependence and its significance in our lives at the next Faith in Later Life Event, “Designed to be Dependent” with our speaker John Wyatt.
Join us as Professor John Wyatt, author of Dying Well and the Final Lap, delves into the implications of the fact that we were designed by God to be inherently reliant on others. From our earliest moments in this world, where we are wholly dependent on the love and care of those around us, to the phases of our lives where we care for others, and into the final lap when we experience greater dependance once more; this event will explore how interdependence is integral to our lives.
“Designed to be Dependent” will challenge the misconception that dependency is a negative trait. Instead, we as Christians should celebrate the remarkable and positive aspects of embracing interdependence. Following the talk the event, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and even voice their own struggles.
