This event is hosted by Marie Curie as part of the National Day of Reflection.
Join Marie Curie ambassador and Downton Abbey legend Jim Carter to build up to the nationwide minute’s silence at noon.
As part of the programme, Jim will introduce the first ever reading of a special poem that was written for this year’s National Day of Reflection by Casey Bailey.
The programme will also include London Community Gospel Choir, who will give an exclusive, poignant rendition of Keep Movin, specially recorded for the event, and The Lost Words Blessing – a folk song inspired by the words of Robert Mcfarlane and the illustrations of Jackie Morris featuring Julie Fowlis, Karine Polwart, Seckou Keita, Kris Drever, Rachel Newton, Beth Porter, Jim Molyneux and Kerry Andrew.
