Epiphany House quiet days are an opportunity for prayer, reflection, and silence, fostering deeper connection with God.
Our May quiet day is titled Consider The Birds of the Air – Letting the Lord Speak Through Creation. This quiet day offers an opportunity to step back from the demands of daily life and spend time in prayerful reflection amidst the tranquil surroundings of Epiphany House.
Through talks, personal reflection, and time in the natural environment, we will explore how the Lord speaks to us through his creation, asking questions like, “How have you enjoyed my creation?” Using Jesus’ words, “Consider the birds of the air,” we will reflect on God’s care and provision for each of us, seeing how creation itself reveals his goodness. Inspired by the words, “I am the bread of life,” we will also consider how the Lord sustains and nourishes us for the journey of faith.
The day will include moments of quiet after each reflection, space to share insights with others, and will conclude with a short time of prayer together. This is a chance to draw near to God, listen for His voice, and find refreshment for your soul.
