The Garden Preschool in Falmouth is seeking a committed Christian with financial acumen to serve as our volunteer Treasurer. This is a vital role supporting a much-loved preschool rooted in Christian values and serving local families with care and compassion.
About the Role
As Treasurer, you’ll help steward the preschool’s finances with integrity and wisdom. You’ll work alongside a supportive committee to:
- Oversee budgets, accounts, and financial reports
- Ensure financial procedures and controls are in place
- Advise on reserves, investments, and fundraising strategy
- Present accounts at the AGM in a clear and accessible way
This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance, bookkeeping, or charity governance—though training and support are available.

Location & Commitment
· Working from home with Committee meetings in Falmouth
· Flexible hours (average 20 hours per month) with quarterly committee meetings
