Join Emmaus Cornwall as Tree Nursery Manager
To kickstart our new social enterprise, we’re recruiting for a Nursery Manager to oversee our site, which includes polytunnels and open field areas. The person in the role will also be responsible for coordinating our volunteer workforce and growing an increasing number of best quality trees, hedging and other plants for sale.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to take a pivotal role in the inception and development of our new and innovative community project. If you have a Level 4 Horticulture qualification or equivalent, practical experience of nursery management in a commercial setting, experience of coordinating people and resources, and excellent social and interpersonal skills to support people from across the social spectrum, then we’d love to hear from you!
