We are looking for an experienced, pro-active and highly skilled administrator and team leader to head up our operations team based at Church House in Truro, which provides administrative support for a wide range of teams and functions across the organisation.
You will have a strong background in effective team leadership and service management, be a self-starter who can take the initiative, but also have excellent administrative and IT skills. As someone who leads by example and an eye for detail, you will be able to manage a range of competing priorities. You will be easily recognised as a safe pair of hands, in whom colleagues have confidence that you will get the job done.
