We are seeking a new director with a great ability to network and think strategically to lead our work of strengthening social action in Cornwall.
With a heavy heart, next month we will bid farewell to Charlotte, who has made tremendous contributions as our Operations Director during her 18 months at Transformation Cornwall. She played a pivotal role in building capacity, expanding the team, and strengthening connections with organisations across Cornwall. Her recent success in delivering our Meet the Funders Spring event, which has been growing in popularity, is a testament to her dedication.
It has been a privilege to have Charlotte leading the TC Team, and we wish her all the best in her new venture up country. As we move forward, we are actively seeking a new Operations Director who can carry the torch and build upon the strong foundation laid out by Charlotte.
Our goal remains to support social action and strengthen third-sector organisations in Cornwall to help them empower communities and tackle inequalities.
We operate as a ‘brokerage’ and ‘signposting’ agency to support people turn their ideas into reality. Our expertise is in organisational networking, information sharing, idea generation and connecting communities, funders and sector experts together to increase capacity for social action.
