We are looking for the right person to come on board our leadership team and hold the responsibility for managing the provision of bereavement support to children, young people and families across the county, carried out by our Family Services Team and Volunteers.
We are seeking someone with proven experience of managing and supporting a varied team. The post holder will need a good working knowledge of child and family services along with childhood development, trauma, loss, grief and bereavement. In addition it will be key to have excellent people skills, an ability to report on service delivery outcomes data and evaluation, a high level of IT skills and an ability to maintain our strong reputation and existing professional networks.
