We are seeking a committed and dedicated individual to work alongside food banks in Cornwall in this innovative new role aiming to make a difference to the lives of people living on low incomes across the county. Collaboratively we want to look ‘up stream’ to campaign for the policy and societal changes that are within our spheres of influence and will ultimately help to end the need for emergency food aid in the county.
The role will be based with Transformation Cornwall and include a combination of office working, homeworking as well as travel to food banks, community groups and projects across Cornwall. It is expected that the role holder will live in Cornwall and have access to a car. Day to day supervision and administration will be provided by Transformation Cornwall.
Salary: £32,000 pa – 37.5 hours pw
Annual leave: 20 days pa (excluding bank holidays)
Contract: 2 years with possible extension
