We are seeking to recruit a new part time Co-ordinator based at Callington Foodbank!
You will oversee the work and development of the Foodbank, taking responsibility for each session, supporting clients and volunteers. You will work closely with the trustee with project oversight responsibility.
You will continue to develop the ethos and sustainability of Callington Foodbank. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, volunteers, funders, food providers and referrers so we require someone who is self-motivated, hard-working. With experience of managing and energising volunteers you will be at ease working in a team environment. You will possess good IT skills and be comfortable with internet/social media etc.
The appointment is for 16 hours a week (initially) to include foodbank sessions. Specific working days are negotiable.
The hourly rate range is between £10.00 and £12.00 dependent upon skills and experience. Hours and hourly rate to be reviewed after six months.
This position is subject to successful grant funding and will initially be for a 12 month period, (extension beyond this is intended but not guaranteed and may be subject to further successful grant funding)
