The Galilee Course is an introduction to Christianity created by the Rev Tim Yeager, an Anglican priest and PCN member, as a progressive alternative to Alpha. Originally created for use at St George’s Church (CoE) in East Greenwich, it is now being offered on Zoom. Stories from scripture are considered in the light of their historical and social context. Participants are invited to explore their own faith questions in a friendly and welcoming environment. The course meets for eight weekly sessions between 60 and 90 minutes in length.  Each session features an illustrated talk using Power Point, small group discussion, and a Q&A session. The course is free and open to the public. Participants may attend any or all of the sessions.   The course will be presented on eight (8) consecutive Monday evenings at 8:00 pm, beginning on Monday, 11th of January, 2021.
