We are looking for volunteers to help with the food donation collections in store at Falmouth Metro on Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd November.
We require between 2 & 4 volunteers per 2 hour shift between the hours of 9am and 5pm. This will involve handing out leaflets to customers in order to highlight the most needed items for donation, and also receiving the donated items and storing them in readiness for collection by the Food Bank.
This is always a very successful event, which contributes enormously towards Winter stock for the needs of our clients.
We would be very grateful for any help, please contact us if you are available for any of the shifts, we will always try to ensure that you will be working alongside those of us who have done this before. Bring a friend along, it is actually very rewarding to witness the kindness of our local community and to know how many of our clients that you will be helping.
