As England enters a second National Lockdown, let us know how your worshipping community will be affected |
On Saturday, the Prime Minister announced that England will be entering another National Lockdown, beginning on Thursday 5th November and lasting for the next 4 weeks. For Places of Worship, the new regulations will mean they can only open for individual prayer, funerals, to broadcast acts of worship or to provide services such as childcare, blood donation and food banks or other exempted activities such as support groups. As we all work out what this new lockdown will mean for us, we want to hear from you. As part of our Faith COVID Response Project, FaithAction will be running 3 focus groups this week, open to members of any faith. How does your faith community feel about this new lockdown? What pressures will limiting access to places of worship have on your community? How are you going to stay connected? Let us know by joining one of this week’s sessions: Wednesday 4th November, 2:30pm Thursday 5th November, 5:30pm Friday 6th November, 10:30am |
