We want you to leave feeling equipped to support the mental health of yourself and your teams

From 10am-11am, Ruth will be sharing her expertise into how to:

  • Slow down without feeling guilty
  • Create spaces of calm within your busy ministry
  • Support your teams well
  • Develop practices to engage your whole community

From 11am-11:45am you’ll have an opportunity to join our guests for more in-depth discussions in small breakout groups.
