Extraordinary generosity from the people of Cornwall this year, as 3,254 Cornwall Christmas Boxes are donated!
The Cornwall Christmas Box campaign has been running for almost 20 years, collecting ‘Christmas dinner in a box’ for families in Cornwall who wouldn’t be able to afford it for themselves.
6 years ago it expanded from a project within the organising church, Three Rivers Vineyard Church in Truro, and went public for the first time. Social media allowed the project to spread, and 202 boxes were collected. The following year there was a dip in the numbers, but in 2016 over 250 boxes were collected.
