Our outdoor Lanreath Songs of Praise service will take place on the 31st August at 4pm on Lanreath Village Green (Next to the Church) and will feature songs played by Forever Grateful.
Forever Grateful are a Group of musicians from the Looe area who got together in April 2025. Their Musical Director, Helen White wrote a series of 8 Christian songs based on bible texts which present the Good News of Jesus Christ.
She is a worship leader at Lanreath Parish Church, part of the Trelawny Benefice in South East Cornwall.
The vicar at Trelawny Benefice is Rev. Richard Allen, and he is involved in presenting some of the Church of England online services, which have included music from “Forever Grateful”
Helen says
“We are hoping to perform the songs with congregational hymns and songs around Cornwall in the Autumn / Winter time- more details to follow!”
“Please pray for us that the Lord will speak through the music as we perform- our aim is two-fold; to speak to those yet to come to a knowledge of the good news of our Saviour, and for those who know the Lord to be encouraged to a deeper and closer walk with Him”
