£32,000 Full Time – remote working, immediate start

We are looking to recruit an individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and one who can build and sustain productive relationships. This person will possess “relationship mastery” they will be emotionally intelligent and able to call out the gold in others!
If you have experience, skills and abilities at facilitating productive conversations that lead to transformation and you are able to positively influence others then this is the role for you. We are a member organisation who puts our members first and foremost. We are not looking for a frontline practitioner but a person who is able to help charity leaders and practitioners to collaborate and achieve their outcomes.
The model we use to help the voluntary sector to collaborate is an alliance model. We facilitate strategic, thematic and local alliances. This postholder will focus primarily on strengthening the children, young people and families alliance and then extend their support to other alliances.
We are offering an attractive salary of £32,000 pa. This post is fixed for 12 months and continuation subject to successful fundraising. The postholder will be part of a dynamic team of staff who are all committed to helping the charities to be the best they can be.
