We are looking for someone with a passion for great hospitality, bringing people together and serving community in a village by the sea. Their job will be to manage the day-to-day operations of Tubestation café, this includes the indoor surf lounge and outside seating areas, and its service to the surrounding community, liaising with the café staff on the sustainable management of the café and its staff, the creative use of the whole site to the very best of its potential, conveying the values, identity and ethos of the Tubestation. Managing café and Zeath staff, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Working with the lay pastor to plan and organise the delivery of Sunday Sessions.
