Cornwall Mind is looking for an inspired, experienced and diligent person to provide operational management for this exciting and progressive mental health charity.
Key responsibilities are:
- Oversight of and day to day responsibility for all support and wellbeing services
- To promote the wellbeing of all staff
- To ensure the high quality of services
- To provide timely and accurate reporting to funders and Trustees as required
- Line management of staff
- Adult Safeguarding lead
- To oversee the development and training of staff
- Operational development of new projects
Ideally, the candidate will have:
- Significant experience of line management
- At least 5 years’ experience of supporting people experiencing mental ill-health
- At least 3 years’ experience of managing projects.
- Mental health or social work higher education qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and retain technical operational detail
