Job Title: Café Chef & General Support
Employment type: Part-time – 25 hours per week with additional voluntary hours (to be agreed upon)
Effective Start Date: 8th January 2023
Rate: £9.50 per hour
Provisional scheduled days: Wednesday – Saturday*, 8.15 am – 3.30 pm plus occasional evening events.
*Future days may change as opening hours change
Overview: The Café Chef & General Support role at Wave House is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to put their faith into practice and serve God’s Kingdom in a practical hands-on way. In this role, you’ll have creative freedom to ‘own’ the full food menu, come up with new ideas to reach people’s hearts and generally improve the café experience. We are looking for someone who is a follower of Jesus, loves people, and is passionate about hospitality, food and coffee. You don’t need to have all the qualifications and training, just the heart to get stuck in with this vision and mission of the café.
