We wish to appoint a skilled Project Manager for Mission who will manage the Transforming Mission programme and the local level strategic planning across Cornwall.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your project management skills and experience to really impact communities across the county. Managing a ground-breaking programme, Transforming Mission, for the renewal of Anglican Church life in Cornwall, you will work alongside five dynamic and diverse local teams who are passionate, as you are, about growing our church. You will also be working with our Bishop and colleagues to enable lasting and community-led change across the diocese, managing a series of local strategy development projects, as we seek to build a church that is ready to meet current and future challenges and opportunities.

You will combine a strong track record in successful project management with excellent communication and people management skills. You will also have a proven ability to lead projects with a diverse range of stakeholders whilst managing multiple project strands, budgets and timelines. A good knowledge of project management tools and techniques is important.
