Salary: £26,000 + 5% matched pension contribution
St Martin’s Church is looking for a Spirit-filled parish-based pioneer leader to help our growing church grow more. We are an evangelical church that currently has a worshipping community of about 290 including over 40 babies, children and youth in our church and would love to see this at least double over the next three years. If God is calling you to pioneer ministry, might he also be calling you to us in Cornwall?
You will be confident in listening to the promptings of the Holy Spirit and have a passion to see young families and children encounter God.
As part of our Transforming Mission resourcing church, you would also be involved in advising and helping other churches in Southeast Cornwall in growing their young families’ and children’s work, as well as reaching out to new communities here in Liskeard.
