Cornwall Food Access Alliance (CFAA) is a group developed by Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum (VSF) looking at food justice in our county. It is chaired by Rev’d Andrew Yates (Diocese of Truro SRO) and its members are community organisations providing food provisions whether a food bank, mobile community larder, or as part of current services.
As part of our objectives, we are aiming to share best practice, skills and knowledge to identify need and fill any immediate gaps during these challenging times.
To this end we need your help. We are looking to hear from local organisations who are supplying food provisions by completing our short survey. It will take no longer than five minutes.
The information you provide will be analysed by VSF and presented as part of the overall survey results. Your individual information will not be shared. The feedback is for the purpose of this working group and will not be made public, but the overall feedback maybe used in presenting a case to policy/funding organisations.
The surveywill close at 9am March 22nd.
