Running until 4 October, the feast of St Francis of Assisi, this ecumenical season is dedicated to prayer and action for the protection of creation. It is a time to renew our relationship with God our Creator, and with all creation.
CAFOD would particularly like to invite you to sign up to a novena to St Francis, a set of daily prayer emails at the end of the Season of Creation.
The novena will run from 25 September until St Francis’ feast on 4 October. These emails will be based on St Francis’ famous prayer, the Canticle of the Sun, which marks its 800th anniversary this year.
