A study examining faith, worship and community during the COVID-19 pandemic
This 15 minute survey aims to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on everyday activities might have affected the following:
- Your relationships with others
- Your relationship with your faith
- Your ability to connect with your community during the pandemic
