Cornwall Council and NHS Cornwall & Isles of Scilly are beginning to plan how local health and care services should develop over the next five years — and they’re asking residents to help shape that future. The survey explores how services could become easier to access, closer to home, and better aligned with what people in our communities need, from improved community-based care to stronger urgent and minor illness support. Your feedback will directly influence how these changes are designed and delivered, and you can even choose to stay involved through future surveys or the new Neighbourhood Health Feedback Groups. The survey is open until Monday 15 December 2025.
