Over the next three years, funding by the Church of Englandโs People and Partnerships Board will allow us to scale the work of Parenting for Faith to reach and resource many more churches, parents and carers.
The roles that we are hiring for are:
- Administratorย โ the main purpose of the role is to professionally, proactively (and reactively as required) deliver all administrative aspects of the Parenting for Faith scaling project. Success for this role is ensuring excellent administrative and logistical support for all aspects of the project and releasing the rest of the Parenting for Faith team from administrative tasks to concentrate on scaling, PR and marketing, and resource and relationship development.
- Marketing and engagement leadย โย to lead and deliver the PR, marketing and digital engagement strategies for Parenting for Faith, enabling wide awareness and adoption of the Parenting for Faith approach.
- Development and relationship leadย โย the main purpose of this role is to engage, inspire, and recruit additional churches and leaders to use Parenting for Faith resources, training, and courses, as well as to establish and nurture key relationships. Success for this role would be enabling significant scaling and growth of the Parenting for Faith ministry at local and national levels.
