We are hiring for a retail lead to join the team at Truro Cathedral.
Are you good at managing people and have a great knowledge of retail?
The retail lead will work closely with the Operations Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the Cathedral Shop and retail areas. This role will manage a team of General Assistants alongside the Catering Lead and supervise the team of staff and volunteers within the cathedral’s retail areas.
You will assist the Operations Manager in the implementation of the retail strategy in connection to Truro Cathedral’s values of sacred space, common ground.
